Brian Auld is the partner responsible for Brethertons’ ‘Team Commercial’ practice. We provide a full range of commercial legal services including the buying and selling of business, MBOs/MBIs, corporate investment/restructuring and associated commercial agreements.

Brethertons’ specialises in helping entrepreneurs and company directors to realise their assets in the preparation and sale of businesses, together with transactional work associated with corporate finance activity and investments.
