
Passmore Deals provides support for company and business sales and acquisitions, typically in those cases where the costs of obtaining “senior” corporate finance support is disproportionate to the size of the transaction.
On business sales, Passmore Deals helps business owners plan effectively for their exit, prepare their business for sale (to make it more attractive to purchasers and to maximise seller return), produce a document marketing the business for sale, conduct purchaser search and selection, and act as intermediary and negotiator throughout the sale process through to completion.
On acquisitions, Passmore Deals will act as intermediary throughout the transaction, helping the client to identify the ideal target business profile and sourcing potential targets that meet the relevant criteria. Passmore Deals can then negotiate the deal and manage the acquisition process through to completion.
The key point is that Passmore Deals plugs a gap (the “corporate finance gap”) by providing active support in those cases where the likely transaction size is too small for the usual corporate finance advisors to take on.
Passmore Deals was formed in January 2007 by Jeremy Lincoln. With his previous company, Fleming Lincoln Limited, Jeremy has been helping companies and owner/managers of businesses to buy and sell businesses for 9 years. Prior to that, Jeremy was Partner in and a mergers and acquisitions lawyer with a leading provincial firm of Solicitors.
